What have you guys been using since tariffs

For several years, I was a frequent purchaser of buying rep. NFL jerseys from AimeeSmithStore, who I had heard was a reputable seller years ago on Reddit.

I had purchased various jerseys from various teams throughout the years and was a satisfied customer.

Then, Nike took over as the NFL jersey supplier/designer. I hadn't had a rep. jersey in years, and figured I was due for one. Aside from the usual recommendations from AimeeSmith, Jenna2021 constantly came up on this sub and on r/fakejerseys and r/sportsjerseys as a reputable vendor (along with Terry, but that's a different post), so I figured I'd order two jerseys from her to see how her quality was.

I purchased a Carolina Panthers Home #89 Smith Sr. jersey, and a Charlotte Hornets Mint City edition #2 Ball jersey.

I wrote a review of those in this post. After that review, I wanted to order the same jerseys from AimeeSmith, to compare them, since both Jenna and AimeeSmith are often compared on reddit.

Ordering Experience

This is where I can confidently say that Jenna2021 beats AimeeSmith by a mile.

I won't post their sites for fear of breaking a rule, but you can easily google both their names above to find their websites.

Jenna2021

Ordering from Jenna was incredibly easy compared to ordering from Aimee. Jenna's site is cleaner, easier to navigate, and actually has the prices listed on the site!

You pick the jerseys you want on her site, add them to your cart, and go through the checkout process on her site, add shipping information, and you don't add payment info on her site. You get an "order confirmation" and are told to reply to that email with whichever payment method you want to use. In my case, I used PayPal.

She then sends you a link to an unrelated AliExpress clothing link, where you add X number of those items (that equal the jersey prices on her site) to your cart, pay via AliExpress, and add your order number you received from her site in the comments, and you're golden.

If you have questions, wish to see the jerseys before they are sent, etc, you can just reply to your order email, and Jenna reaches back out to you relatively quickly. Her English is very passible, and she answered all of my questions without issue.

Shipping was free with Jenna, and I was surprised to see my order delivered to my home at around 2 weeks.

AimeeSmithStore

This is where I remember ordering jerseys from AimeeSmithStore was a bit of a hassle. Her site is severely outdated, and they're missing prices on ALL of her items. You have to reach out to her via email, and when I was attempting to order a Panthers jersey (which, lets be real, with a team like them, there aren't a lot of options), she told me that several of those items she has on her site, she doesn't make anymore.

After eventually finding jerseys that were in stock, rather than going through a website checkout process, you have to send her URLs directly, with quantities and sizes.

Communicating with her was more of a hassle, because her english was unfortunately a bit more broken. Asking clarifying questions (in my case, having a custom number and name since the player I want doesn't have new jerseys anymore) was a shot in the dark.

You eventually do the same as Jenna, where she sends you a link to AliExpress with unrelated items, and you add an order number to the comments.

However, with AimeeSmith, she sent me items in AliExpress that were not the prices she quoted me via email. After back and forth that went nowhere, I just said screw it and paid the higher price.

Advantage: Jenna

Jersey Comparison: Carolina Panthers Home Jersey

Both Steve Smith Sr. jerseys from AimeeSmith and Jenna2021, are almost exactly the same. I'm pretty sure the blank jerseys come from the same factory. Rather than detail the specifics of each jersey, you can read about them in my other post. Everything from the stitching to the NFL shield, Nike Logo, shoulder stripes, and jersey color are identical.

However, where they differ, is a bit of an issue.

AimeeSmith definitely put out a much worse product with regards to two things: the sleeve logo, and the color of the stitched letters and numbers.

The sleeve logo on AimeeSmith's looks off on her jersey (with the Panther's eyebrow going far above the rest of the logo), and the whiskers aren't supposed to be enclosed within the logo.

The coloring on the logo and the number/letter outlines is way off too, as they're more of a Jaguars' Teal over a Panther Blue.

Jenna definitely wins out with the NFL jersey.

Jersey Comparison: Charlotte Hornets Mint Jersey

As with the NFL jersey, these jerseys are exactly identical. I don't see any real faults with this jersey (other than the fact that the gold stripe on these jerseys is actually dotted on the real ones).

The only main difference is, AimeeSmith adds the sponsor patch on all of her swingman jerseys, which I think is a nice bonus.

Conclusion

I wanted to compare Jenna vs Aimee, because I saw those two names pop up frequently on various subs. My opinion is, for NBA, go with AimeeSmith. For NFL, go with Jenna (although her NBA jerseys aren't bad either).

Since Jenna isn't taking orders, any alternatives?

Just wondering if anyone has any insight about the different versions of Jenna's NFL jerseys. I see these 2 Jayden Daniels Alt Jerseys, one priced $1 more. One labeled Vapor Limited, one labeled Vapor FUSE.

Are both versions stitched/embroidered? I know the legit Vapor FUSE are now the heat sealed name/numbers so wondering if that's the same w Jenna or if it's just about the Jersey chasis design and they are all stitched.

I’ve seen numerous people saying (on this sub) she has great quality stuff! I’m planning to buy NBA and NFL jerseys and some MLB/NHL hoodies. For NBA jerseys which one is the best quality from your experience? The heat pressed or the authentic? And what about the sizes? I normally wear something between XL and 2XL, your suggestions would be highly appreciated folks!

Review As a huge skeptic of DHGate and reps I was very very hesitant on purchasing with the fear of getting scammed and never getting my item or getting something that looked like complete garbage. But Jenna is very professional with her business. Very VERY great communication any questions I had was very attentive in responding. Very nice as well. For anyone who is skeptical or in between on doing business with Jenna because it feels sketchy let me first to tell you it's worth the price. Bang for you buck deal. With Fanatics being horrible, and me being in the market for a new jersey I looked at all the options not just Jenna.

10/10 purchase IN MY OPINION. again this is just my opinion if you have the money for higher grade and authentic jerseys by all means do it. Being a very frugal person I didn't want to spend hundreds on two bears jerseys. For $50 dollars I couldn't beat that deal.

I'm super glad my Brock Jersey has arrived, he's been playing like prime Joe Montana. 2 weeks before the season started I wanted to replace my Jimmy jersey with a Brock one but didn't want to shell out $150+ to make it happen. I scoured the internet for the best place to buy a jersey and ended up buying one from 2 different sellers I found so I could compare and share my experiences with each.

The two sites I ordered from were Jenna Jerseys and a "top rated" DH Gate seller Huang8866. I'll be ranking them below in detail and then providing an overall rating at the bottom if you want to skip through.

Cost: Jenna Jersey

Jenna Jersey was $23, DH Gate was $27. Both prices include shipping.

Shipping time: DH Gate (Barely)

DH Gate came in 14 days after payment, Jenna Jersey came in 19 days after payment. Waiting 5 more days wasn't that big of a deal, tracking is slow to update for both and I'd advise not looking at it at all once you order. They both shipped with the same speed service and provider so I wouldn't be surprised it just was random chance one arrived 5 days before the other.

Ease of order: DH Gate (Slightly)

DH Gate was easier to order from, there's an actual listing page, you just pick size and jersey type, add to cart and pay. For Jenna you have to place an order on her website that includes prices (no payment yet though), and then you get an email a few min to a few hours after (check spam, it was there for me) from her directing you to an Alibaba listing that's $1 and then instructing you to make the quantity whatever you have to pay. In my case the jersey was $21 so I added 21 of a $1 placeholder listing to my cart and then paid after taxes were applied. It's a few hoops to jump through but it's not super complicated and communication is clear. You can DM/comment if you need help from me or you can email her. You can use a credit card for both Jerseys since you're either paying on DH Gate or Alibaba, 2 pretty safe sites for payment info.

Seller communication: Jenna Jersey

Jenna didn't win this category as much as DH Gate lost it. Jenna was quick to send a link to pay on her shop to my email (within min) and confirmed payment within hours as well after I asked to double-check. The english is fine and she communicates shipping times clearly. DH Gate had fine communication with payment and shipping alerts (easier since it's all automated unlike Jenna). However, when I had an issue with my DH Gate jersey (more later on in the review), the seller was extremely unhelpful and would not give even a partial refund until I had DH Gate step in. Maybe it was just my seller but if he was "top-rated" I assume the other sellers aren't any better. FYI, DH Gate is loaded with fake reviews so don't trust those.

Logo quality: Jenna Jersey

Look at the imgur albums for comparison but Jenna Jerseys copy of the Nike swoosh is AMAZING. You can see how the DH Gate one compares to an official Rams jersey (don't judge me, it's a divided house). It's a little patch stitched on and is obviously fake. However, the Jenna one is a 99% identical copy to the legit thing and no one will be able to notice the difference. For the NFL logo on the collar the DH gate one is a bit better (they use blue dye on the NFL logo vs black on Jenna). However, it's such a small part and it's not really noticeable so I'm not worried about it. The Nike swoosh is much more important to me and Jenna delivered.

Stitch quality: Tie

You can tell from the images it's about the same. I'd say Jenna is a bit more crisp with the number stitching but worse with the nameplate stitching (a tad crooked and curved). Evens out. Both are fully stitched though, none of that sticker crap and look super great. See images but there's not a clear winner here.

Sizing: Jenna Jersey BY FAR

This was the biggest concern I had with the DH Gate Jersey. I ordered an adult small but it fit like an adult XL (no joke). The length measurements were over by a few inches compared to the sellers description and fit me like a dress. When I asked for a refund they refused and I had to involve DH Gate support which was a pain. Jenna however, fit just like the measurements listed on the website. Hers are true to the description

TLDR & Overall: Jenna Jersey

Both Jerseys have comparable stitching and the colors are accurate. However, sizing is the most important factor in clothing and DH Gate just isn't true to sizing. Jenna has the more accurate Nike logo copy which is a big part of the authentic feel of a jersey. It's a bit longer of an order process but the quality is worth it. For less than $25 it's a steal. My DH Gate seller also didn't help me when I told him it didn't fit and sent images with measurements and that soured that experience as well. Maybe Jenna would also refuse a refund if you complained about sizing but from my experience, her Jerseys are true to the website description.

Hey guys, I am looking for a NHL habs jersey. Now, I know the adidas jerseys are pretty well made but honest question, do I pay the extra for a Chinese made plastic jersey from Fanatics or do I cut out the middle man and just buy something from Jenna2021 at half the price? Side question, what is the quality like for the NHL jerseys like from Jenna?

I figured this was going to happen. I wanted to order another jersey but waited too long. The JJ2021 site will not allow you to complete the order process - No Country drop down menu available for us in the U.S.

Received 3½ hours ago. Close up and follow up of pre-shipment review. Photo 1 - well packaged and protected. Photo 2 - expected badge to be like wotesports. Photo 3 - not charged extra; can tidy with pin and nail clippers; LXV patch looks tidier and less tidying up; Nevada patch stitching tidier than wotesports, RAIDERS lettering is shoddy, poor mascot looks like he's having a stroke. Photo 4 & 5 - lining up of sides left to be desired. Photo 6 - wraparound stitching gives ideal jersey feel. Photo 7 - black collar less baggy; VEGAS looks better up close; RAIDERS is what I expected; bigger letters not available. Photo 8 & 9 - middle views showing proportion of requested bigger numbers to jersey; material around front collar mesh is comically asymmetric. Photo 10 - need full brightness and zoom in; white sleeve length too long; black sleeve length just right. Photo 11 - double stitching applied on front, back, and sleeves numbers looks copious, solid, and is immense; the big winner that sets Jenna apart!! Other intangible paper backing and excess stitching behind the big numbers was removed; paper behind sleeve numbers can wait. The sizing and fit of the black jersey is what I expected, white jersey was more snug in comparison. Considering everything, the positives which would be noticed more outweigh the negatives which most would not notice at quick glancing view. I would recommend going a custom version for the bigger numbers at the extra few $$$.

Everyone swore by them on Reddit, so decided to buy the CW18s for me and my sixteen year old son. Bought them 2 weeks ago - arrived today in Tampa. Grew up in Chicago but been down here 18 years now.

Ended up being $25 bucks per jersey. Google Jenna2021 Jersey if interested. Navy is 2XL and White is 3XL.

Payment was a little odd, as she confirms via email and I ended up using PayPal.

I’d say they run a slight bit small. I went a size up intentionally so. I’m 6’3 and about 255 and the 3XL fits me perfect.

Also ended up buying a rays city connect baseball jersey and am very happy with that as well. I think the product is better than DHGate.

Wasn't sure if to put these up at first. Seems fine to after seeing some Jenna and DHgate posts. Recent Diamondbacks supporter from Oz. I've only watched and followed from this season. Instead of writing my review with pros and cons, I'll let others look and comment, and I'll reply to those.
