I haven't managed to import the last version of the 64 bits OVA file in two days kali-linux-2019.3-vbox-amd64.ova in both of my laptops (ThinkPad E580 and T430), after trying for two days every step availeble on the guide provided by this forum and YouTube turorials. Without anything more to do, I found the older version of this Kali ova 64 bits: kali-linux-2019.2-vbox-amd64.ova - not available for download on the Offensive Security webpage itself, but linuxtracker.org.
