What is the easiest way ( without making accounts on websites ) to contact support?
I'm annoyed to say the least. If your account has expired, you can't contact support? Really? I've been trying to contact them so I can retrieve my passwords, but just because my account expired, I can't receive help in a traditional way? It seems ridiculous to me. And yes, I tried the support email, but all I get is an auto response that they don't monitor the inbox, and I need to submit a ticket though the website. Regardless, help would be appreciated.
I feel like I'm going crazy but no matter where I look (iOS app, Mac app, Web app) I can't see any way to cancel my subscription or auto-renew, the only option I can find is to renew the subscription that I already have.
Not only that but my subscription was renewed 20 days earlier than it was supposed to. It doesn't seem like anyone else has had this issue, so I'm wondering if it's just me. I've seen some guides talking about navigating to billing but the only option I'm given is to log into my vault where there is no billing tab.
Has anyone had this issue, or can anyone shed some light on how I might go about cancelling? 🙏
Edit: To cancel subscription, contact customer support. They are prompt to respond and are helpful.
