There's loads of good stuff on the basic subscription service. A quick look shows (started sorting it by creepiness, but quickly gave up): The Wailing (absolutely brutal Korean horror) Possum (unremittingly bleak psychological horror) The Relic (very creepy and oddly affecting indie horror) Lake Mungo (well-crafted mockumentary) The Borderlands (British found footage/folk horror) Pontypool ("Zombie" movie with one hell of a clever premise) The Innkeepers (an extreme slow burn, but very unsettling) Gonjam Haunted Asylum (found footage - if you can stand the characters, its scares are really effective) The Void (Lovecraftian siege horror with excellent practical effects) Late Phases (really fun werewolf vs. Nick Damici film) The Woods (pretty cool haunted academy movie) Project Wolf Hunting (really over-the-top action horror) Cabin in the Woods (Meta, clever horror comedy) Becky (action/horror/comedy) And dozens of others - and that's avoiding obvious, bona-fide classics and well-known films like Re-animator, Possession, Ring, Blair Witch Project, The Changeling (1980), Get Out, Babadook and lots more. Anthropophagus and Absurd are both great low budget horror movies if you like the Italian 80s style. Anthropophagus is not superb at FX, but I really like the creepy lonely island atmosphere. Premutos is a mixture of hardcore gore and some really bad humour (depending on taste). My favourite by director Olaf Ittenbach is Beyond the Limits. Also very gory but more serious and semi-mainstream B-movie style. (while Premutos often looks like an amateur movie) More on reddit.com
