Tights are not really sewn, they are knit in tubes . I mean, the crotch and toe seam is sewn, but that's it. We don't typically sew socks because they would have a seam, and that would hurt. More on reddit.com

I can't tell how the Ralph Pink footed tights are constructed. If they turn out to have a seam down the center of the bottom of the foot (looking at the pattern schematic it appears that it might, though I can't be positive) and that turns out to be uncomfortable, you can use a sock pattern and merge it with a leggings pattern. Jalie is a Canadian pattern company that specializes in activewear--they started in figure skating patterns so they know from cold. They have what looks like a nicely fitted sock pattern available for PDF download for $4.99CDN. The socks are long, so they should be fairly easy to merge with leggings. I've made Kwik Sew 3968 out of fleece several times. It required a LOT of pattern tweaking because it is drafted very wide and the socks are shaped the same for both feet. I narrowed it quite a bit and modified the pattern so the socks are left/right specific. I give this recommendation only because I've actually used it and it's well-drafted for what it is. Kwik Sew goes on sale fairly often through the website. If you're comfortable with (fairly simple) pattern fitting and modification it's a good baseline. It has a sole piece, a toe piece, and a foot/ankle piece that has a seam in the center. No seams on the bottom of the foot.
