These come in a variety of different types, from neon green to dark green/white marble pattern. Most cacti are super low-maintenance, too. Aloe plants are easy and useful. Edibles: Green onion. Just take the bottom two inches of some fresh green onion from the grocery store and stuck it in some soil. Leave it near a window. I’ve been doing this with all the green onions I got from the store for a few months and I have a small forest of them now. Pineapple. Just twist off the top, tear off the bottom half of the leaves, and stick it in some dirt. These need a lot of light but not much in the way of water.
