If you choose to go with the cheap alternative, you will run the risk of needing to spend $1000 for a new laptop. Apple doesn't license their charger designs. Spend the $80. If you search this sub, you'll see this is the prevailing opinion on this matter. Don't ever cheap out on the thing that puts power into your machine.
