Hello I am currently researching to find a good MagSafe charger/ car mount for my 2014 Ford Escape. Not sure if car model really matters thought I’d add in anyway. I recently changed from an iPhone XR to an iPhone 15 Plus. I have an official MagSafe case on it. I’d like to get a good wireless charger (not just holder) for my vehicle. I have a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan.
Can anyone recommend some good specific models (with a link would be nice) that would support the fast charging, fit in the vehicle, hold the phone strongly magnetically, and also possibly suggestions on where/how to mount it?
Also, are there specific things I should look for or be wary of?
If anyone has this vehicle, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of space, so I’d guess windshield, cigarette lighter, or vent are the only mounting options. I’d prefer not vents, as I’ve head poor things about them, but what are your thoughts and experiences? Maybe they’d be fine? Any serious suggestions welcome. I just want a good quality device, but there are so many options, it’s a bit overwhelming.

I also use ESR with the cryo cool. Got a great magnetic snap. Does a good job of blowing air against the phone? Not enough to do anything serious but enough to make a difference for sure. I don't use the vent though because that's just a dumb spot in the winter time. I mean the summer. Your guy air conditioning going probably awesome, but I just used a cheap suction cup arm from the dollar store. They all used the same ball mount so it's pretty much swappable with any type of mount that you find

I was just wondering if anyone had any luck with a magsafe mount for car with a good charge rate. I have tried an Anker 15w charger which I am returning because the magnets aren't that strong, and the charger barely maintains the battery on my 9 Pro XL when mounted.
I am being lazy here because I want the lazy option - I'm using a PPS USB-C port in my car so it's not the connector that's the issue, and with a cable my phone charges super quickly. The problem I have is the cable runs against my door and after parking I've on multiple occasions, swung my legs into the cable and knocked my phone off the mount like a pleb so I'm hoping for the wireless charging on the magsafe mount to avoid that.

Try a Qi2 one. I use an ESR Qi2 car charger with "cyroboost" which basically a pretty weak fan to help improve the charge rate.
