You say "site" so I assume you are trying to use these online. Some merchants may choose not to accept them, but it isn't like they make this widely known. Lots of data points of these being difficult to use on ebay, for example. There's a high amount of fraud with these cards, so there's always a risk the funds from these cards get clawed back.
