You could always use Integrated Dynamics pipes. Once you get the hang of them they're more useful as you can set the transfer speeds yourself so you won't need upgrades etc. They have facades you can use.

another mod's alternative for transporting Mekanism gases
I have tried using Chisel & Bits covers but you a tube gets cut off when you try to put it *through* a facade. I also tried using ForgeMultiPart but that isn't compatible with Mekanism for some reason.
I heard that using MCMultiPart is compatible with Mekanism but I couldn't figure out how to use this.
I'm trying to make a seemless transition for a pressurized tube coming out of a wall.
