Can anyone else pay their phone bill on the app or online ? Every time I try it says it can’t process it and I also can’t update any cards. Not sure why this happened recently nothing changed out of the ordinary except I got a text from them saying 40$ was reversed from my account two weeks ago but I think that’s bc I added more money on my account so I can pay less this month. Is there any solution before I go to one of the stores?

I had that issue months ago. Turned out the app wasn't working that day, so unfortunately, I had to go to the store. Sometimes Metro does send those text messages asking if you want to pay. Not sure if you have them and see if you can pay via that route.

I just opened a new bank account on Tuesday they say my bank card will take 7-10 days to get I have already cancelled the other card.
