Never had this happen to me at before and I've done literally hundreds of Amazon and Xbox gift cards. I did get the it's not you it's us today when I was searching

This is the 2nd time its happened where I bought a $100 Amazon Gift Card, go to buy another for a lower amount with my left over points... and what do ya know... It’s not you, it’s us.

I've even tried buying a sweepstakes entry to see if that works (I never do, but just to try), but NOPE.
I've made support tickets before and they were no help. Don't know how many, but after a few months this garbage message went away.
Guess I gotta wait another few months before this happens AGAIN.
UPDATE guys it’s available right now October 4th (Amazon gift card) I didn’t want to be selfish so I went through my whole emails to find this thread I hope you are all also able to redeem 100% agree with Susan the fact that you wasted our time just to get people to use your browser over Google or safari when it’s not very good in the first place is misleading and unfair I didn’t want to press a bunch of useless buttons everyday but I did just like everyone else here we deserve the reward we chose you can’t lie to people just to get us to use our app then say “gift card out of stock” bro it’s literally digital? How do you run out a digital card it’s not even “stock” really is it
I've been waiting to cash out my points for 3 weeks now and they ARE still out of stock. y'all could literally get somebody to buy Amazon gift cards via an automated process and refill it easily with the search revenue I provide, but no, mods are lazy so that makes excuses. Get. Your. $h!t. Together. Microsoft. Or. I. Switch. To. Google.

Hii, When I don't have points, all the gift cards was available, and when I have points, nothing is available. If things go on like this and the gift cards are not in stock, then I should leave microsoft

For this, you can try to clear up the cache on the browser that you are using and you can also try an alternative browser to see if it will make a difference and if it will still be the same then you can head over to the link below to check it directly with the MS Rewards Support as they have information and access to provide on what transpired on the issue that you have encountered and my apologies as well as this is a user to user forum and therefore we do not have inside access to be able to cross check this from our end.
