has anyone had and recieved a package shipped with a courier called morning global, they're owned by singapore post and apparently handle last mile deliveries. the thing is that there's literally ZERO information about them, 2 reddit posts, their website and a red flag deals forum and the 2 reddit posts and rfd forum are about the scam customs email. does any one of you who's used aliexpress ever gotten a package with them. i'm honestly not too surprised that there's nothing much about them, it's almost the same with quantium solutions. how was the delivery experience for any of you cause i currently got 2 packages being shipped with them.

Anyone have any packages being shipped with Morning Global? I placed an order on that should have been here by now but has not even left mainland China according to the tracking. It was originally with Cainiao but then handed over to MG and there has been no movement for almost a week. This package was choice and was estimated to be here on the 21st-26th.
Normally I wouldn't care too much but with impending tariffs I'm getting worried.
Strangely enough up until this morning the tracking said that it had departed the hub on 4/19 but as of this morning that update has been removed, and it just says "Arrived at hub" on 4/19 now.

Canada post is going on a strike this Friday and I got and email (picture attached) from this "morning global" company saying they are going to deliver my stuff but I have to send in my information and bla bla bla but it sounds like a scam.
Do you know if this is legit?

So recently I made my first purchase off AE and saw that it was being handled by the courier Morning Global after having it handed over by Cainiao. Being new to AE and having never heard of the courier in Australia naturally I tried to do some research into this courier and found... next to nothing about them. However I did come across a few horror stories regarding their unannounced parcel handovers leading to packages going undelivered in the US on this sub.
So I decided that it was best for me to try and contact them and see if something similar was happening to my package which was sitting on "Awaiting Flight" on AE tracking (but also "Leaving departure country/region" 1 day after "Awaiting Flight" status appeared?, only visible if I hovered my mouse over the Track Order button), "Leaving departure country/region" on 17Track and "Ready for departure" on Morning Global's own tracker as well as Parcelsapp.
Their customer service email [email protected] actually ended up responding quite fast (~<45 mins), providing what does appear to be a valid new tracking number for AusPost (the main postal service in Aus). It was apparently already flown out to HongKong where it was likely processing for export customs and then handed over to HongKong post who began the parcel registration process with AusPost all whilst AE tracking only showed "Awaiting Flight" for the past 2 days.
I've read from many people how vague AliExpress can be when it comes to their tracker, but none of this was picked up by any other third party trackers either (including the ones mentioned earlier and others such as PackageRadar) and I was only able to keep myself updated on the situation through Morning Global CS. However all seems to be going smoothly with no holdups, so hopefully this post is helpful to those of you that do get anxious about your parcels being handled by MG as they don't appear to be too sloppy with their service outside of keeping up with tracking.
(So far I don't have 100% proof that this tracking code is for my package or if it'll be delivered properly etc. but if there something does go wrong I will post an update)
TL;DR
MG doesn't give updates to tracking numbers provided by AE/Cainiao when giving parcels to other couriers (does not update on ParcelsApp & 17Track etc. either), check with their CS email [email protected] to keep yourself updated instead.
I have 2 orders shipping to Canada. Both are using Morning Global and the last mile carrier is Uni Uni. I'm having an issue where both packages have arrived in Canada but it's been 2 weeks and they still haven't handed it over to Uni Uni for delivery. The last update is from Morning Global is showing "Arrived at Destination" (hasn't updated in 2 weeks). Also the Uni Uni tracking number is showing that they haven't received both parcels. How long should I wait before contacting Ali express?
I got this email about 2 weeks ago from a random HK company to pay duties on my package. They somehow got my name, email address, and tracking number. Since then, I have checked the tracking status of my item and it has not budged. Anyone else seen this happen?
