Passwords - where can I find saved passwords which do not appear in the “passwords” section of settings
I have the same question and I think I figured it out. With IOS 18 update the settings changed (there's a new "passwords" app to manage everything). Now your saved passwords are under an 'app' in general settings. Go to settings and search 'Passwords'. Press the option that says 'Passwords Apps'. Scroll down the options, at the bottom there is blue type that says 'Open Passwords'. This takes you to the app where Face ID is required to open. All saved passwords should be here. In iOS 17 or earlier, the Settings screen should say Passwords at the top, rather than a Shared Group name or My Passwords. Check your Recently Deleted: In the Passwords app, tap Deleted. In iOS 17 or earlier, go to Settings, scroll down and tap Passwords. Then tap Recently Deleted. If you have multiple Apple devices, make sure that iCloud Keychain is turned on. When you move a password or passkey to a Shared Group, that password or passkey is visible only on devices with compatible software. If you can't find a saved password or passkey that you moved to a shared group on another device, make sure that your iPhone has iOS 17 or later.

June 30, 2022 - Even if you desoldered the flash memory from the phone and transferred the chips to another device, it wouldn't matter. The data is encrypted with a purged/lost key. At that point you're talking about brute forcing AES-256 which ain't gonna happen before the universe cools, well as long as u chose a secure passcode during setup (ie... NOT a 4 digit PIN).
