It says my account will be deleted because I havn't accessed it in over 2 years. But the thing is, I accessed it a week ago to check if my licence plates were up for renewal. The email wants me to log in to the account.
"Haven’t seen you in a while, It’s been over 2½ years since you signed into your ServiceOntario account (formerly ONe-Source for Business). For privacy reasons, inactive accounts will be deleted. To keep your ServiceOntario account active, please log in within the next 30 days. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us online. Thank you, ServiceOntario This email account is not monitored, please do not reply to this message."

Edit; thanks folks. There is a link in the email where they want me to click it to log in. I will not do that, but will find the legit Service Ontario site to log in to.
Soon, I will be able to go to a kiosk in a Staples store to do this. (that was sarcasm.)

Suspicious for sure. Don’t click any links in that email. Go to Service Ontario directly and log in there. I have had a similar email that simply reeked of a spear phishing attempt. Turns out it was legit. Only once though.

I got the exact same email Jan 20 and like you had logged in within the last several months. Super sketchy. Update: looking again, link from the email I got from them actually looks legit. It is from the old Ontario business site ONe-Key where I got home business info from. It's not from the Service Ontario site even though they look the same.
