Retired my old Weber gas for a Napoleon and it's been great. Got the sear station too but actually I've been using their charcoal insert a bunch. I have still managed to burn the odd snag on it, or chicken or pork when using the rotiserrie, so I still think they get plenty hot. The big thing for me was buying something that I felt was going to last, given that it is built in, or at least had a reasonable warranty.
