However, Costco members may return their topper for any reason as long as it was purchased directly from Costco online or at a brick-and-mortar location. The company issues full refunds for all returns. Costco members may coordinate their return online or drop off the topper at any physical store.

- The warranty will cover the following defects:
- Visible sagging or indentations in the topper surface measuring one and a half inches (1.5″) or deeper.
- Physical flaws in the topper that cause foams to split or crack despite proper use and handling.
- The warranty will not cover the following:
- Visible sagging or indentations in the topper surface that do not measure one and a half inches (1.5″) or deeper, or normal increases in foam softness that do not affect the topper’s pressure-relieving abilities. These issues are considered normal wear and tear.
- Burns, cuts, tears, stains, and other types of physical damage that occur due to abuse, misuse, or neglect.
- Innocor Comfort may refuse to inspect defective toppers if the product is deemed to be in an unsanitary condition.

I desperately need a mattress topper for my too-firm mattress.
The Novaform mattress toppers seem to have a lot of good reviews, but all the recent reviews seem to indicate that they aren't as good as they used to be. Maybe it's a post-Covid supply chain issue?
Either way, if you have a Costco mattress topper and love it, let me know! Thanks!
A few months back I asked for advice on mattress toppers (here), and benefited from the expertise and wisdom of several members of the community. Thanks again for all your help! I wanted to try to give back by providing an update on what I tried & where I landed, in case it was helpful to anyone.
I ended up trying 3 mattress toppers on my bed for several nights to several weeks. Spoiler alert: I ended up with the Novaform ComfortLuxe.
I tried the Tempurpedic Supreme first, after finding I could try it out from Amazon but still be able to return it with the return policy. BOY was I glad I had that option! This mattress topper felt like sleeping on a Laffy Taffy. It was hard as a brick* when you first laid on it, and then it would start to loosen up in the area immediately surrounding my body. But if I needed to turn over or adjust, it was crazy -- I had to physically fling myself and throw down hard to be able to settle into a new position. My husband felt the same. It was interesting when you had sunk in enough, I will say it felt supportive. But overall this was not at ALL what we were looking for. *I definitely prefer a softer experience so take this with a grain of salt please.
I tried the Tempurpedic cooling topper as well, also with a return option. This was much better than the supreme (for our tastes). I was so excited when I first took it out because it felt soft, giving, and plush, just what I was hoping for. Weirdly though, by the time it was in the cover and under my sheets, it did not feel that soft or plush -- the cover muted much of the feel. So, after a few nights of trying that out (meh -- not bad, but not what I had hoped), I removed the cover to see if that helped the plushness come through. It helped -- but was still not very plush, and I didn't relish the idea of having spent a bucket of money (it was $$$$$) on a topper only to remove one of the main selling points. I decided to try another topper (below) to decide whether it was worth the huge upgrade in price.....
So, I decided to try the Novaform ComfortLuxe from Costco. This was so much cheaper than the tempurpedics (it was under $200 vs. ~$500-600 at the time I purchased). It has turned out to be remarkably comfortable. The cover is not as fancy or luxurious as the tempurpedics, but it totally does the job. It is more comfortable than either of the tempurpedics -- meaning soft and plush (what I was looking for). I am really very happy. And, after trying this one, I decided there was no way it was worth the high markup for the tempur cooling topper, esp since this was ultimately more comfortable.
Based on what I have read from others, I must really be on the soft side of the spectrum for finding the tempurpedic supreme unappealingly hard, so please take my comments above in that light. But, for someone looking for a soft, plush mattress topper, I highly recommend checking out the ComfortLuxe. We have apparently been sleeping on it for around 6 months (how time flies), and it's just as comfortable as ever -- no apparent wear, dips, impressions, etc. (Plus, you have Costco's guarantee if it goes wrong.)
Happy to answer any questions.
