Mine hasn't updated for about seven hours. That is unconnected to the upgrade though, as I upgraded one of the VMs yesterday. Therefore I think the issue must be at OWM. More on reddit.com

DEFINITIVE INSTALL PROCEDURE! Factory fresh LineageOS Verify Settings->Security->Unknown Sources is on. Download and install F-Droid from fdroid.org Allow Repositories to update and upgrade f-droid if required. Search f-droid for UnifiedNlp (no GAPPS) and Install REBOOT Important Settings->Location->Mode set to either High Accuracy or Battery Saving, but not Device Only. Download from https://download.lineageos.org/extras Weather Providers -> OpenWeatherMapWeatherProvider.apk Install tap Clock on Home Screen cLock dialog opens tap the 3dots for settings tap widget settings tap Weather Panel allow cLock permissions for location enable General->Display weather tap Weather source tap OpenWeatherMap (tapping the settings cog fails, backout and go back in then its OK then) tap Settings ->Create account (if required and copy the default key) tap Settings ->API key paste the key here API Key will show Pending verification wait 10 minutes for Openweathmap to process the API key..... the key will show as pending verification until first use navigate back to Weather panel tap Use custom location enter a location, I used my town name Back out to Home Screen and the weather should be displayed tap the Clock and navigate back to Weather Panel and verify that API Key is now verified. You can now disable custom location. Hope that helps. I am guessing that if basic GAPPS are installed you will need a different location provider, there was one on F-Droid. But, I think that if you install Google Maps or similar Google provide their own. More on reddit.com
