Ive been reading couple reviews and most of them are actually bad. Lots of cases of stealing, no deliveries, etc. Since my haul is gonna be delivered by them, should I be worried? Tracking is barely understandable and Its been in my neighbour city for couple of days with no update.

I ordered a customized item from Etsy on May 8th 2025, had a small issue with the seller that resulted in the item getting to UniUni on May 18th. Etsy estimated the item would get to me on the 24th at the latest. Per Etsy and UniUni’s tracking info, the item hasn’t moved out of the order received stage since the 18th. After the 24th, I emailed UniUni’s customer service and received an automated email telling me to contact the seller. On the 26th I messaged the seller and they said the package was sent and I’ll see tracking soon. Etsy says the seller is located in LA and I’m in Colorado but they could be drop shipping from somewhere else I suppose. I emailed UniUni’s customer service again and haven’t not gotten a response. Has anyone else had this issue? Is this normal for some shippers and I’m just over reacting?

So I have a package that is possibly lost.

Obviously I'm aware that Cainiao is handling the shipping until it arrives in the USA where it gets handed over to their forwarder (A.C.I in past, now increasingly UniUni).

If you use AliExpress website (https) it shows *only* a UniUni tracking number (UUSCxxxxxxx) with a large number of tracking entries. However if you use the AliExpress android app it shows tracking# LPxxxxxxx following by "Latest tracking number UUSCxxxxxxx". I'm assuming (never thought of it before) that LPxxxxxxx is Cainiao's own tracking number?

Tracking either of these numbers at cainiao.com shows the same tracking info as AliExpress.com shows (pasted below).

But tracking the UUSC number at www.uniuni.com shows only "07:26:46 Order received 2024-06-05 (UTC) UNI DATA CENTER" and nothing more. I finally got a response from UniUni "We have received shipping details from the sender/seller, but your package has not yet been received".

UniUni told me to contact the sender (AliExpress) which is obviously a waste of time and would just raise my blood pressure. The package has already missed it's "guaranteed date" so I got a whopping $1 (for the whole combined order; 4 items) but I can't apply for a refund until July 2nd.

I have no idea if the tracking is correct and the package has actually cleared US customs or whether it's more Cainiao BS and if so, why it's not made it to UniUni.
