To answer your question, Fidelity.com logins do not work for any of the UMB choices listed. PayPal is currently disabled on our website and mobile app, which means all transactions must be completed through PayPal. You can go to PayPal.com or the PayPal mobile app to add your Fidelity account using your account and routing number as a workaround. Once your account setup is complete, you can initiate a money transfer to Fidelity from PayPal. You can access your account and routing numbers through the link below. Now they need to focus on bringing their more outdated parts of the business up to speed. I have no idea why, but they have two mobile payment gateways - a newer one, which works fine - and an older version, which seems to be in use by most sites when visited from a mobile browser. This version flat out refuses to use a security key code and tells you "oh well, go to the site on a desktop PC instead" which is laughable. It's unacceptable that a payment company can't sort out paying for things with a mobile without having to deliberately and needlessly compromise security (which should be top of their list as a company that handles money).
