I found this specific adware on my laptop called "PC App Store" I have only ever used this laptop for school and I've had it for less than a year. I am a computer science student so I download a lot of files from professors and from github links they send us. Besides school I use it for YouTube and Twitch but no fishy pirating websites. Is it possible my professors could've accidentally sent us virus's? I am not very well versed on virus's and adware.

Extra information ig:

- I use google chrome and use ad blocker extensions that I use on my main PC as well and have no issues on it.

Hi, this installed when i installed thr EA app was installing last night. When I go to add or remove programs and click unintall it says ...windows cannot find C\Users\brett\PCAppStore\uninstaller.exe. then says make sure you typed the name correctly and try again.
