When Will My Poly Headset Ship?
Hello,
Now that Plantronics Explorer 50 was discontinued, I'm looking to replace my aging device (the battery capacity has significantly reduced).
I'm looking for the best Bluetooth headset replacement for Plantronics Explorer 50 classic style with the following features (many similar to PE50):
Earbud material is like memory foam and silicone.
Talk capacity is at least 11 hours or more.
Long lasting battery that doesn't get overcharged when charging it and/or has option to charge it up to 80% only to increase the battery life.
When connecting, it tells you how many hours of battery left and it notifies you when the battery level is low.
Has side buttons to increase or decrease volume.
Has button to answer or decline/hang up a call.
Ergonomic design for increased comfort - You can wear it on any ear by having a reversible 180 gr ear hook and rotating 360 gr.
Same audio quality as PE50 or better.
Lightweight - You don't feel it on the ear or can even forget it's there.
I don't like the lock like shape design on the earbud, I prefer the simple earbud without anything above it like with PE 50 and a ear hook that's quite thin and not bulky.
In general, I don't like the new generation design style and prefer the PE 50 old fashioned/classic design if it makes sense.
I saw TELLUR VOX 55 & VOX 60 have very similar design but only have 7 hours talk time and some reviews say the audio and general quality is lacking including not telling you the battery level.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thank you.
