Is Google Play Store Free?
How do I install the Google Play Store APK on my Android device?
Why Should I Download Google Play Store?
A lot of people are asking how to download apps or games that are either not available for their phone, android version or in their country.
You can use this website to download them:
https://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/
The only limitations are that it can't download paid apps, to avoid piracy, since it can't know if you bought them or not. And that you still need to be able to access the link first to download. The Play store hides apps that you can't download for any reason but there are a few ways to still access the links.
When it comes to paid apps, what I did successfully before was to buy it through a PC browser, then download it from my library in the Play store, which bypassed the fact that they didn't support Android 13. I'm not sure if this still works.
Either way, you can't do this with free apps since you need to install them first, before they are added to your library, so unless you used them before they became unavailable for your phone for any reason, you won't be able to download them directly from the Play store.
Alternatively, you can use something like https://apkpure.com/
This lets you download unmodified apks of pretty much anything in the store. I successfully used this to play Dead by Daylight before it was available in my region, and since it was unmodified, it let me save my progress and continue when it was released on the Play store. I'm not sure how it works with paid apps and their license checking in this case.
TL;DR: Use either https://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/ or https://apkpure.com/
