Really, for Playlisty as a one time purchase of $5, you have unlimited transfers. You want that if you’re a big listener to Release Radar and Discovery Weekly. I bring them over every week off my now free Spotify account. It’s not worth the aggravation you’ll get with most of the free transfers out there that limit use in one way or another. r/TIdaL on Reddit: "free" playlists transfer tools or service that work in 2023
April 14, 2023 -

Hello, I've used soundiiz for a while to sync playlists from spotify to tidal without problems, free version allowed just one "automatic" sync but It was possible to set everything and sync more playlists manually until now, they removed that possibility. I've tried tunemymusic instead and it completely sucks, it doesn't read all playlists (22 of 70+) not even pasting links manually.

As of today is there still any working "free" alternative to transfer playlists to tidal?

I downloaded Songshift originally to try transferring my playlist from spotify to youtube music but a lot of the matches failed and when I would try re-matching it would pull up video versions like lyrics from the youtube site instead of the audio album versions. I then tried another app called music transfer and it was able to match basically 100% of the songs but same problem being random lyric or music video versions. So far i’ve just been manually (and painfully) re-making my playlist on YT music but if anyone has any app or extension recommendations to help I would appreciate it!

So basically, I was trying to move some music around and got annoyed that there were not (that I could easily find) any services that actually did this 100% for free. Either you had to leave an app open on your phone for 10+ minutes, couldn’t move more than 500 songs, or could only move like one or two playlists per day. Some how, there was always a limit.

Anyway, I wrote up a little app to do these transfers for free. There isn’t any paid limits in the app at all, you’re free to transfer playlists with as many tracks as you like and may move as many playlists as you want per day. You can close out of the app and you’ll just receive a notification whenever the transfer is done, no need to leave it open.

Swaps might take a little while right now since we have to look them all up, but as time goes on they will be cached and more popular tracks will be discovered instantly. Playlists with mostly popular music will likely be transferred in seconds as compared to the minutes it will take for a bit.

Right now I just integrated Spotify, Tidal, and Apple Music, but will add others in the coming weeks. Mind you, I am experimenting a little here with the rate limits of each of these services (and Tidal doesn’t actually offer a public API, so we will see how that goes - had to do a bit of trickery). But I’ll keep an eye on that and adjust as necessary. A lot of searches should already be cached for popular music on the respective services’ APIs, so transfers of music that is “trending” will most likely be quick too.

Yes, there are ads. The only concern that I really have is being able to sustain the servers that run the backend allowing for the transfers to be done in the background instead of having to leave an app open. Also, the little “watch an ad” thing to swap an additional two playlists per hour is in part for revenue but also to try and keep a respectable rate limit on swaps.

I have an Android version pretty much ready and will be submitting that later this week to Google Play, but as of this moment it is only iOS. I also have a web version finished, but until I am certain that the rate limits will not be an issue, I will keep registration there closed. As long as I can see things are going alright, you’ll be able to do this in browser as well as in-app.

Hey everyone! I just finished building a free app that helps you transfer your Spotify playlists over to YouTube Music. It's super easy—just plug in your Spotify link, get your request headers, and you’re good to go!

Check it out here: https://wemor.vercel.app

• It also shows you all failed / duplicate songs or songs not available on Spotify.

It's using Youtubemusicapi ( Open Source) on GitHub to create playlist and add songs using song matching algorithm.

Does it really work? Where are the vouches?

Why YSK: I can't be the only person who has been trying to find an easy way to convert Spotify playlists to text. This site (which I am not affiliated with in any way) also allows you to convert or move a playlist from one platform (like Google Play Music, iTunes, Tidal, SoundCloud, even YouTube) to any other platform. You can transfer up to 1,000 songs for free, but the premium plans are really cheap. $2/mo for unlimited transfers, and you only have to buy one month at a time.

The app is called Switcheroo

It is free to transfer ENTIRE playlist, not 200 songs, not 500, entire playlist, and it's actually free. You can transfer 5 playlists at a time and you have to watch a 10 second ad after, but it's actually free unlike other apps like Soundizz where you have to pay 3€-5€.

I am not the creator of this, I just wanted to share because it took me a long time to find.

I use this app called Songshift to transfer my playlists from Spotify to Apple Music but if you aren’t paying for premium it only transfers up to 200 songs. My friend sent me his playlist which has over 300 songs on Spotify but the app only selects 200 out of the entire playlist (not even in order) and creates a playlist to add to AM. I’d add them all manually but knowing myself and my adhd I’d completely lose focus and take two weeks at the very bare minimum to add every single song. Does anyone have any app suggestions?

I know I could painstakingly do it by hand or use an app, but from what I understand they only transfer like 200 songs. Is there an app I can use that’s relatively safe and will transfer my albums whole?

Edit:

Found Soudiiz Gave them $4 Problem solved.
