In the meantime, cloudflare is increasing them only by a few cents. On September 1 2024 .COM registrations/renewals/transfers will change from $9.77 to $10.44 Seems like registrars like namecheap are taking the opportunity to increase their own fees at the same time

Currently pay 22 a year for godaddy. If I transfer it to porkbun and they seem to selling domains for like 10 bucks a years, will I get that rate or something else? How does it work?

If it's a .com then $10.37 / year. If not, visit their site and type in an available domain with the same extension and look at the renewal price (below the registration price). During the transfer you will have to renew for a year though, so you can't transfer for "free" because you have to pay for an extra year of renewal. Example: If your current .com-domain expires in 2 years, and you transfer you will pay $10.37 and it will then expire in 3 years.
