For best Xiao Long Bao - Paradise Dynasty. People go to Din Tai Fung a lot but I swear Paradise Dynasty is way better. For Italian food I like Gino’s or Pizzulu. For ramen - Mendokoro. Second option is Ramen Ron if Mendokoro not in the area. For Japanese in general, I really like Kodawari. For Singaporean/Malaysian food - Rotti Shop. Their hainanese chicken and the rotti dishes are great, through I don’t like their laksa. Specifically for Singaporean style laksa - Hawker Chan For Korean food I like Kaya, though there should be more options I haven’t tried. I order online from Happilee and their good too For Filipino food, I like Via Mare a lot. Manam is a second option. For general western food Paul’s is always a good option. I think it’s technically French. But you have nice options for things like sausage and mash, crepes, pasta, good pastries. They actually have pretty good Filipino breakfast food so it’s a nice option when my wife wants pinoy food and I want western food. Nothing is particularly amazing there, but you can’t really go wrong with anything either and the options make it worth it. For high end fine dining I enjoy Gallery by Chelle. They do great tasting menus and it’s a fun thing to do with a date. I brought my now wife there a few times and we had fun all those times. More on reddit.com

Yushoken ramen in Alabang. I think Mendokoro is its sister restaurant. Seryna if you want some really high quality sushi. For Filipino, Manam or Mesa are the usual go-tos for modern casual dining. Crisostomo might be worth trying as well. The Original Pares House in Retiro or Ma Mon Luk in Quiapo if you want something legitimately Manileño. More on reddit.com
