Is there a Python package manager for Visual Studio Code?

python official version manager - Pymanager
IDEs such as PyCharm and Thonny have a package manager (GUI) where you can install Python packages graphically so you don't have to use the pip command. Is there a similar thing for Visual Studio Code?
This would be especially useful when you have multiple Python interpreters installed (which most of us do). In PyCharm or Thonny, the package is installed for the current interpreter set for that particular project. However, in VSC you have to use pip which may point to another interpreter and not necessarly to the one you have currently set for your VSC project.
Edit: I use the green triangle button to run the code in VSC. That buttons uses the full path of the current selected interpreter.
Hi. I am new to Programming and I decided to start my learning journey with cs50 python. Sadly I live in a war zone and I don't always have access to internet. I cannot use the online interface for the course everyday so I want to be able to work offline sometimes. I installed vs code but it always tell me that python is not present. I don't really understand the tutorials I saw online and I would appreciate any help
I found some solution on this website:
https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/installing/
If you use Visual Studio Code, you can type the following command:
C:\> py -m pip
If everything is alright, you should see the list of commands, which you can use. They are listed in your terminal, as per below.

I also would advise you to check/select the version of Python you are using:
VSCode: There is no Pip installer available in the selected environment
I am pretty sure your problems of VSCode not finding the correct version of Python will be resolved if you add your ( Python 3.6 installation ) location to the system path.
