Standard Queen-sized is 80" x 60" or 203cm x 152cm for the mattress. Some frames may add a few inches/centimeters to that. But it's hard to get more specific without knowing exactly what frame you have. Olympic Queen is a little wider, and California Queen is a little longer, but those are generally specified as non-standard.
