The Rainbow Party Cannon is a craftable Epilogue developer magic gun. When used, a cannon is locked in place at the player and firing at the direction of the cursor, unable to change angles until released, similarly to Charged Blaster Cannon.

June 22, 2015 - I'm pretty sure that that's weaker than a Flame Breath that didn't land any ticks. The reason why the cannon works in Terraria is because the game is 2D, so you could only avoid it by moving vertically, and "everything that goes up, must eventually come down".
