November 10, 2024 - Raytheon Polar Services Company (RPSC) was a division of Raytheon that provided logistics, operations, and staffing for the National Science Foundation's operations in Antarctica and Antarctic waters. Its contract with the United States Antarctic Program expired on March 30, 2012.

Ground terminals located at McMurdo Station and Queen Maud Land, Antarctica; Svalbard, Norway; Fairbanks, Alaska and White Sands, New Mexico, will decrease data latency by providing multiple sites for constellation data downlinks.
