There are a few things you can try to reset your passwords: If you have an iCloud account, you can try using the "Forgot Apple ID or password?" feature on the Apple ID website to reset your Apple ID password: https://iforgot.apple.com/ If you don't remember your Mac password, you can try resetting it using Apple's password reset utility: Restart your Mac and hold down Command + R to enter Recovery Mode. When the Utilities window appears, select "Utilities" from the top menu and then choose "Terminal". In the Terminal window, type "resetpassword" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Follow the prompts to reset your Mac's password. If neither of these options work for you, you can try contacting Apple Support for further assistance. They may be able to help you recover your Apple ID or reset your Mac password.
