I need some inspiration for what colors go well with sage green. Idk why my brain is having such a hard time with this. Then, as a follow up, where do I get quality blackout curtains that don't look like they belong in a college dorm?

We just finished drywall on a new room/office addition (photos attached). I’m leaning toward a sage or dark sage wall color with white doors and trim, but I’m torn about how it will look with the back wall. That wall will have french doors for the utility closet (unfortunately) plus a regular closet door to the left.

I’m considering painting the french doors and trim the same color as the walls to help them blend in and not draw so much attention.

Would love everyone’s advice on:

• Sage/dark sage as a wall color for this space

• Whether to stick with white trim or go color-matched to minimize the French doors

Oh, also! The rest of the interior of our house is painted with Benjamin Moore White Dove so we are really wanting some color in this room to make it more cozy.

What do you think would look best?

Hi recently renovated a bedroom in my house. Need to choose a rug. 12x16 room. The bed is off center. I feel like I need to choose the rug and build the rest off that. Open to doing runners or something around the bed too. Love some input. Ty!
