AI is doing 50% of the work at Salesforce
He's lying because he has a vested interest in getting the rest of the world to adopt as much AI as possible because of the huge bets he's made on Agentforce and AI as the commercial direction of the company. AI is certainly helping people work better in the company, I am not saying they don't use it. But I know people who work there across a few different departments. 50% is just not even close to true. These statements from him are marketing puffery, not serious accounting of the use of AI at the company. More on reddit.com

AI could have told you it’s fewer heads, not less. to be fair he could use less of a head. that noggin is enormous.
