He's lying because he has a vested interest in getting the rest of the world to adopt as much AI as possible because of the huge bets he's made on Agentforce and AI as the commercial direction of the company. AI is certainly helping people work better in the company, I am not saying they don't use it. But I know people who work there across a few different departments. 50% is just not even close to true.
