Sam's is already doing it right! Costco just added a $10 delivery credit for Executive members, but it’s only once a month on orders over $150, and you have to pay $130 a year for it. The biggest reason I stick with Sam’s Club is that they never charge more online than in-store. Costco marks up prices for delivery or same-day orders, which really bugs me. Sam’s gives you the in-store price no matter how you shop, pickup, delivery, or in person. Plus, with Sam’s you get free delivery on $50+ orders, curbside pickup, and Scan and Go. As someone else mentioned, $40 of the installation of 4 new tires, pharmacy discounts, and buy one get one 40% of in optical. No minimum or fees for club pickup And the early shopping hours Monday - Saturday. It doesn't matter if your club let's anyone in from 8-10, but the club membership will not work at the registers or S&G until 10 unless they're plus. It's a good way to get upgrades, which is why they'll allow them in. And the big one is the 2% back as Sam's Cash. If you spend more than $250/month in the club, then it's basically a free upgrade. If you aren't spending the $250/month or live outside the delivery radius of your club, the basic club membership is probably best for you. More on reddit.com
