Why did Sam Worthington’s career never take off after Avatar?
He seems to get stuck in the roles he acts, idk why he hasn't become bigger but I prefer him this way. He was a pretty good Terminator in Terminator 4. Personally he's a good voice actor even if his accent slips though occasionally. Cod BO had a scene where Mason has a funny accent slip up, well twice actually. one scene in the beginning he says "today's the day we succeed" in a rather pirate-ish accent. Then when you become a PoW he says "You Fookin Sunovha bitch!" In a strong Scottish like accent which is strange because he's Australian IRL and he's playing an American character. More on reddit.com
Why does Sam Worthington continuously get cast in big Hollywood movies when he can't hold an American accent properly?
I didn’t know he wasn’t an American actor so I guess his American accent is decent enough to pass. More on reddit.com
