I am not familiar with SD+. Is it possible that maybe you're talking about the distinction between a "population" or a "sample" standard deviation? The TI-84 Plus statistics app will give you both; σx for the population standard deviation and Sx for the corrected sample standard deviation via the statistics variables screen. You need to know the nature of the data you're working with, in order to know which one is relevant to your use case. You can also compute a standard deviation directly from the home screen using the stdDev( function. It uses the sample standard deviation method.
