Hey guys, I'm considering buying a refurbished Samsung Galaxy (either S23+ or S23 Ultra). I've never bought refurbished before, so I have a few concerns:
I'm aiming for "Fair" condition and don't mind minor scratches, but I'm worried about non-OEM parts. How can I ensure the phone has original Samsung parts like the screen, camera, and fingerprint sensor?
I've read that Back Market and other refurbishers offer a 30-day return policy, which helps a bit, but I'm still nervous about potential issues.
Battery life is less of a concern since it should be around 85% or more, and I have a 25W charger.
For those experienced with refurbished phones, what tips do you have for ensuring quality and authenticity? Any experiences with the return policy that might ease my concerns?
