Just diagnosed with secondary hypothyroidism..anyone else?
What are your labs? I believe initially I was diagnosed with this, as my TSH was normal, but somewhere along the way that diagnosis got changed.

I have secondary/central hypothyroidism. Congratulations on a good endocrinologist! That's a great start.
I was also originally started on 50mcg, and while it helped, I wound up eventually going up to 100mcg.
Your symptoms could definitely be related to the lack of t4 in your system. Hopefully the meds will help resolve some of them quickly. (I remember feeling like my whole head was swollen.)
You could also be suffering from deficiencies. People with hypothyroidism tend to have trouble metabolizing and absorbing nutrients. Make sure your ferritin is well above 30. (Aim for 100) and your vitamin D is at the top of normal range.
Hopefully, your doctor also double checked ACTH and cortisol. Those could be low for us, and we need to be careful with levothyroxine if that's the case. (Edit: I see that was checked. Since it was a little low, keep an eye on that. Make sure to know the signs of an adrenal crisis just in case.)
