Is your carpet high pile/thick? Cordless vacuums don't really have the power to be able to clean dense/tall carpets. You may need a vacuum with adjustable height and suction that is not cordless. More on reddit.com

I bought one and returned it. Had the same complaints as you. The review I left on amazon: The vacuum itself works well in terms of picking up debris, but, that's where the positives end. issues: - It uses too much water, there is no manual control over amount of water or suction - Cannot run multiple schedules in a day - Cannot schedule specific rooms with vacuuming or mopping only - Map isn't that accurate - Object avoidance works half the time There are other vacs similarly priced or even lower priced with a far better user experience.
