I have 100% success from every sale of Emerald Urethane. Home owners and pro contractors. I always recommend an ultra soft high quality brush (Purdy Syntox) and Mohair roller. No matter the sheen the end result will be smooth like it was sprayed. This looks like this is put in too heavy, over worked - maybe the wrong tools. Don’t blame a product for human error. From reading a lot of the threads here on this subreddit I found thats of people are really high on sw's emerald urethane paint for cabinets and high traffic areas, so it convinced me to go and try some for my next project I'm doing. I was surprised when the guy at sherwin williams told me it only comes in one color (high hide white). So why are so many contractors here so big on this stuff? I mean what do you do when your customer wants a different color?

SW rep here, superpaint is not a trim paint. Please please do not use it on your trim and doors. Use Proclassic or emerald UTE if you don’t want to have to do it again. I think Scuff defense is for walls as well so if you’re sticking with behr use their enamel trim and door products. More on reddit.com
