I have the correct password, and every detail, and yet since my Apple ID is inactive. I wanted to recover it, but now I don't even care about recovering it anymore I just want my devices to work normally. Please how do I remove this stupid account??? I do have proof of purchase, but sadly doing it that way requires erase and I really dont want to erase I have too much important stuff on the laptop. I tried contacting Apple support 10 times now, even spoke to an Apple executive and none of them were able to remove the account without asking me to erase. At least how do I make continuity work between my Mac and iPad, because it doesn't work anymore. I've learnt my lesson and will never ever enable find my on another Apple device.
So we have this iPad at the office which is logged in with an Apple ID I used a long time ago. The username/email I used here is a Gmail account that was already deleted almost 3 years ago (January 2020), so I can't recover or access the account anymore. And it seems like the password and/or answers to the security questions that I input are incorrect and forgotten as well. So, I might be lucked out of options, I guess. Are there any other ways I can try to solve this? Thanks for any help!
