Hey folks, I've read a few reviews from this reddit on these two. But can't understand what's the main difference and best one for me.
I am looking for a weighted silk comforter so that I can stop waking up in sweat due to down comforters. I have found these two as options:
Silk Haven: Silk Haven All Natural Silk Filled, Hand-made Comforter | Costco
SmartSilk: SmartSilk Silk Filled Comforter | Costco
Seems Silk Haven is less for a Queen and has Pure Mulberry Silk Fill. So I am leaning toward that but not sure why SmartSilk would be more?

SO... it looks like the The SmartSilk Comforter is 100% Tussah silk vs Silk Haven which is 100% Mulberry. This would be why one is able to be machine washed. It is my understanding that the long fibers of the mulberry are superior to the short fibers of tussah. I'm trying to figure all this out, myself, but that's what I've been reading! :)
