I’ve got a 48” vanity in my master. It currently has two sinks. Are we dumb for wanting to replace it with a single sink? We’re thinking it would give us more storage and counter space. We really only use one side anyway.
But hoping to see if this would affect home value at all or if anyone has done this and loved or hated it.
I want a double vanity in my remodeled bathroom if possible but not at the cost of it feeling too tight when sitting on the toilet or using double vanity.
In this picture, I have set double vanity to be 21.5 inches deep. Shower is 60x30 inches.
Do I have enough space to pull it off, or should I just settle with single vanity (which I am totally OK with it).
EDIT: It's 30 inches from edge of double vanity to center of toilet in below image, and 17 inches from center of toilet to edge of shower.
