Interesting design. I think the biggest area of concern is the intersection of the bedrooms, hall bath, office, and kitchen. A lot going on right there. Among other things: The bathroom is fully exposed to the kitchen/great room, meaning you will see right in front a lot of angles whenever the door is open and there's no discreet way of entering or exiting. Also, whoever is staying in the 2nd bedroom has no way of going between their bedroom and the bath in relative privacy. The office being wide open to the kitchen and living room seems counterintuitive. All the noises and smells will be right there. Close the wall and put a door opposite the laundry or stairs. The garage access through the laundry room looks tight. Your kitchen has almost no storage.
