Small TV for Kitchen
What's the best budget smart TV that's actually worth buying?

Hi all.
Several years ago, I renovated my kitchen, and fulfilled one of my wife's wish-list items by installing a small 18" LCD TV, on a little full-motion mount. With this setup, the TV floats above the countertop, and below the kitchen cabinets above. I feed a signal to it via a longer HDMI cable from a 4-inpt x 2-output HDMI matrix switch in our living-room. That way, the kitchen TV can watch what's on in the living-room, or something different by selecting a different input on the switch. It's been in use for 5-years now, and we're quite pleased with it.
So, today we got a note from my brother-in-law who would like to do similar at his home, in his kitchen, but he got stuck at step-1... finding a smaller TV.
Apparently, almost NOBODY sells TV's under 32" anymore. There are a scant few at 24" but almost nothing in the 18" sweet-spot I'd lucked into.
I live near Toronto, and my BIL lives in Ottawa. While I'd certainly like to help out my BIL in his quest, I'm also now a bit concerned about the eventual need to replace my own little TV when it quits. Surely there's still a viable market for smaller TVs in tight spaces - especially in Kitchens, but also on Bedside tables, in Campers and RVs, Efficiency suites, Dorm rooms?
Can someone offer a recommendation for where to find smaller-sized, new TVs in the 2023 world of Big, Bigger and Ginormous? Thanks for reading! I appreciate any suggestions you can throw our way.
