Wooden TV Stands That Actually Last

I’m looking for a wooden TV stand that will hold up long-term, ideally in the $200–$500 range. I don’t mind paying more upfront if it means avoiding flimsy particleboard that warps after a couple years.
From my research, I know construction matters as much as material. Solid joinery (like mortise-and-tenon or dovetail) and reinforced supports make a huge difference in whether a stand sags or stays strong. Hardwoods (oak, walnut, teak) are durable, but good plywood with veneer can also work if it’s well-built. Thin particleboard, though, seems like a guaranteed short lifespan.
I’ve been browsing different layouts, including some modular designs I came across on Alibaba with open shelves for airflow and cabinets for storage. They gave me a sense of the styles out there, but I’d really like to hear what has actually lasted for people here.
For those who’ve owned a long-lasting wooden TV stand: which brands or models have proven durable for you? Did custom or store-bought end up being the better long-term choice
