Here's what I recommend in order of "necessity": Obviously the stand, which I assume came with it. 100% get the lid. No need for the other cover they sell. I bought the pellet adapter this summer and really love it. Obviously not a must have, but I find that putting in 10-15lbs of pellets is a great way to jump start the fire and quickly get the secondary burn going. It also acts a bit like an ash pan since 80-90% of the ash stays on the adapter making it easy to remove and dump into our garden (vs picking up the whole dang Yukon). The heat deflector is really nice, but I really don't like the legs. I ended up using my rewards points toward the hub, which handles the deflector much better. Next summer I'll probably get a cast iron for the hub so we can try cooking. Answer from johnny9k on reddit.com
