How does SoundGuys choose the best wireless earbuds?
We try to get as much hands-on time with products as possible before declaring them one of the best. This means that the products on this list have been put through our full review process. We also spend hours browsing through forums and discussions within the audio community. Even if we’ve already reviewed a product, we do this to get as much of a birds-eye view of the landscape as possible.
What are the best headphones for good sound quality?
All of our best headphone picks have good sound quality, but “good sound” can vary from person to person, even if the fundamentals are well agreed upon. If we were picking one that balances price, connectivity, and frequency response, the Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 Wireless headphones stand out for excellent sound quality, combining a close-to-ideal frequency response with customizable EQ settings for a premium listening experience.
What are the best Beats headphones?
If you’re looking for Beats headphones and nothing else, you can check out our picks.
Who is more reliable when it comes to testing headphones - specifically ANC headphones? If you compare the results on the two different websites, you can see significantly different data in terms of noise-cancelling ability for the same headphones. Rather confusing for someone like me who doesn't work in the field/know that much about it all. My guess would have been Rtings, but then their No 1 recommended ANC headphones are the Sony XM4's (apparently better ANC then the new generation XM5's, which seems odd).
I've been relying on the Soundguys for a lot of my purchases. https://www.soundguys.com recently though I ran into some contradictions with their reviews. They loved the new Soundcore liberty pro 4 earbuds but no one or Reddit does. What's going on?
EDIT!!:
I had some back and forth with the Soundguys and they explained why they rated the Earbuds so high and that they genuinely did well in there tests. Once I looked over their data on the review, their metrics made sense to me and I will say they are legitimate reviewers that aren't taking money for high or positive reviews. Thanks everyone for you feedback!
