I use an app called Speechnotes. It's free and fairly accurate. I have a 45 minute drive to work each way, so I have time to myself to "write." I set it up before I leave the house and just put it on my phone holder and away I go. I did have to get used to talking instead of typing, but once you get over the awkwardness it helps get the words out for sure! I drive loooooong distances a lot and I often get ideas while driving. Do you think its possible to use some kind of speech to text software on my phone?
Obviously I wouldn't be a dick about it, I imagine I could pull over, get it set up, then start driving again and tell my story while driving. Pull over again to turn it off.
I imagine there will be mistakes and but I can type it up properly once I am at my destination. Or at least, type up the bits I like.
Anyone done anything like this?
Also, if anyone has any reckies on the software for this I am open to suggestion!
