4 weeks ago - I’ve been a loyal Spotify subscriber for years, but my recent experience has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. Despite paying for a subscription, I was suddenly cut off from listening, being told I had maxed out my time. This is simply not possible, and even after providing customer service with evidence, I was met with indifference. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to wait 30 days for a review of my audio listening time.

It will only connect to the Internet once. You have to search for something as soon as the app opens and if you don't find it in the first try you have to close the app and relaunch otherwise it will time out on all subsequent attempts.
